    Counseling for Relationship Issues

Do you feel like your relationship is at a standstill? Are you and your partner stuck in the same argument loop every night? Are you having trouble maintaining relationships with your friends? Do you get along with your family members?

As social beings, feeling connected and having healthy relationships is an important part of life. When relationships are not going well it can leave individuals feeling isolated and defeated. All relationships can be improved, changed and bettered, with just a little support, no matter how big or small. With therapy, you’ll learn how to communicate your feelings and needs, and get what you want out of your relationship.

Some relationship issues that bring clients to therapy are:

    • Addiction/Partner Addiction Support
    • Balance (Work/Life/Family)
    • Break up
    • Divorce
    • Intimacy
    • Mental Illness
    • Arguments / Conflict
    • Codependency
    • Communication Issues

I offer both individual therapy as well as couples therapy for those who are looking to enhance their relationships.

I also have attended the Gottman Seven Principles Leader Training and am authorized to conduct workshops on the book Seven Principles for Making Marriage Work by John Gottman, Ph.D.
