Counseling for Relationship Issues
Do you feel like your relationship is at a standstill? Are you and your partner stuck in the same argument loop every night? Are you having trouble maintaining relationships with your friends? Do you get along with your family members?
As social beings, feeling connected and having healthy relationships is an important part of life. When relationships are not going well it can leave individuals feeling isolated and defeated. All relationships can be improved, changed and bettered, with just a little support, no matter how big or small. With therapy, you’ll learn how to communicate your feelings and needs, and get what you want out of your relationship.
Some relationship issues that bring clients to therapy are:
- Addiction/Partner Addiction Support
- Balance (Work/Life/Family)
- Break up
- Mental Illness
- Arguments / Conflict
- Communication Issues
Please note that at this time I do not provide couples counseling as a service. I believe that my knowledge and skills are better utilized on an individual level helping clients to improve their relationship by focusing on what is within their control. It is often recommended that clients in couples therapy also engage in individual therapy as a safe space to discuss their experiences.
If you can relate to any of the above statements, please contact me for a free consultation. If you are seeking couples counseling, feel free to still contact me as I may be able to connect you with other therapists who provide this service.
